    Scope & Flow:

    1. ICP & Positioning: Ideal client profile, sectors, geos, value proposition.

    2. Vendor Profiling: Capability & compliance mapping; sales kit (deck, caselets).

    3. Market Mapping: Decision-maker lists, buying centers, RFP calendars.

    4. Outreach Engine: Calls, email, LinkedIn, events; multi-touch cadences.

    5. Gatekeeper Navigation: Access to procurement/TA leaders; first meetings set.

    6. Proposal/Empanelment Support: Docs, governance, rate-card guidance (client-led).

    7. Handover: Warm transition to your delivery/sales; we support on escalation.

Commitments (illustrative):

  • 1–2 qualified client introductions in Month-1, then ≥2/month thereafter (as per chosen plan).

  • Initial go-live post vendor-profiling: 15 working days (India) / 30 working days (International) from agreement.

Important: We are responsible for client acquisition/introductions. Relationship development, commercials & delivery remain the Vendor’s responsibility. We provide backend support within 3 working days on escalations.
