Scope & Flow:
- ICP & Positioning: Ideal client profile, sectors, geos, value proposition.
- Vendor Profiling: Capability & compliance mapping; sales kit (deck, caselets).
- Market Mapping: Decision-maker lists, buying centers, RFP calendars.
- Outreach Engine: Calls, email, LinkedIn, events; multi-touch cadences.
- Gatekeeper Navigation: Access to procurement/TA leaders; first meetings set.
- Proposal/Empanelment Support: Docs, governance, rate-card guidance (client-led).
- Handover: Warm transition to your delivery/sales; we support on escalation.
Commitments (illustrative):
- 1–2 qualified client introductions in Month-1, then ≥2/month thereafter (as per chosen plan).
- Initial go-live post vendor-profiling: 15 working days (India) / 30 working days (International) from agreement.
Important: We are responsible for client acquisition/introductions. Relationship development, commercials & delivery remain the Vendor’s responsibility. We provide backend support within 3 working days on escalations.
